These are a few of my personal favourite ways to eat apples.

Grease a dish, preheat oven to 180C, Add apples, sprinkle some of the sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Rub together flour and margarine, stir in rest of sugar. Sprinkle crumble mix over fruit and level with a fork.
Cook for 30-40 mins. Can serve on its own or with a little milk, cream with vanilla ice cream as preferred.
Some might say, with added sugar or maple syrup, does that not make it unhealthy? To me, everything in moderation, eaten as part of a healthy well-rounded nutrition/lifestyle, with all natural ingredients and not eaten like this every day, its ok for me and my health and fitness goals.
These are merely examples that I like to use. I would not eat all these in one day as that would not be nutritionally balanced for me. Feel free to experiment and adapt these ideas to suit your tastes and lifestyle—finding what works for you is part of the fun.
